It is with great pleasure to inform you of the TEAM you have at Fante’s. I start with Bob. He was on time for our appointment and fully prepared. Bob was very thorough in his explanation of the recommended new units and the process necessary to meet Costco-PECO & Lennox rebates. During the process from application to installation, Bob returned all my calls in a timely fashion and responded professionally throughout our dealings.

Your installation coordinator also acted professionally as liaison between my order and various financial opportunities, which did not work out for me. She answered my queries promptly each and every time I called. She was always pleasant and knowledgeable about all the steps required to make the installation seamless.

  The installation team… The 3-man team was very focused on getting the job done, and done correctly. Everyone knew their individual roles and executed them quickly. A Philadelphia City row house does not provide very much space to maneuver large pieces of any type of goods. Needless to say, getting the air unit on the roof deck, and the new heater in the basement was a challenge which they met completely. The only time they stepped away from the installation was for lunch.

  It’s important for the Company leadership to know when a member does a very good job. In this case, five members of your team did extraordinary work.

The company installed dual heating and air conditioning systems in our brick cape house.  The second floor was especially tricky because our attic is a little larger than a crawl space.  The installation took just two days.  The sales rep was excellent, and the installers he sent fit the challenges that go along with a 1941 house.  There was a lot of engineering that went on in making the HVAC units fit into our house.  The price was fair, the workers on time, and they respected our house and cleanliness.

"I had about 5 estimates done for what was a major job and major expense for me.  Fante's not only had one of the most reasonable quotes, but they returned several calls to make adjustments to the contract.  (You must understand that I've been burned several times by verbal promises so now I insist on everything in writing.)  After several alterations and additions to the contract, we signed, and Fante's workers came out in about a week. They were great.  They showed up on time every day as they had promised (that alone should earn "A" reviews these days!) and worked quickly and efficiently.  They were clean, professional, and finished the work in 3 days.  Even when one of the employees installed the new thermostat too low on the wall (the previous one had been handicap accessible), I made mention of it and the head worker immediately moved it up to the appropriate eye-level.  He was friendly and amicable, something I really appreciate in any worker who comes into my home.  Overall, the experience was great, including everyone from the girl who helped make the appointment, to the guys who came to do the work.  Great job!"

"So we decided we wanted a "fancy" thermostat that would allow us to adjust the settings while we were out of the house.  We originally bought a WiFi attachment, but the technician who came to help us program it said that for the same price, he could replace the "older" thermostat with a new thermostat.  I was happy as a clam!  He installed it quickly and took some time to show us how to set up the program.  I also had a question about different temperature zones in the house, and he showed me how to increase the fan intensity to compensate for the temperature fluctuations.  Rich is a great asset to the company.  He, too, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.  A definite referral by us!"

I called them, was told a plumber would call back once he got in. He called within 30 minutes, was at my house by 8:30, and was completely done with the job by 10:30!
